- Pay by bank transfer: some venues now take payment by ordinary bank transfer. Your ticket shows the venue's bank details and a short payment reference, each with a Copy button, so you can paste them into your banking app. Enter the reference exactly as shown. - After sending the money, tap "I've paid". The venue checks its bank and confirms, and you're notified when it does. Your place is held while you wait, even if your payment time runs out. - If the venue can't find your payment, you're told straight away. Bring proof of payment (a screenshot from your banking app) to the door. - For venues: a new Bank Transfers page lists guests waiting for you to confirm a payment. Guests who say they've paid come first, with a count in the menu. Mark each one Received or Not received. You can undo Received for 15 seconds. - For venues: changes to your payout bank account now wait 24 hours before they apply, and every owner is emailed. Any owner can cancel a change in Venue Settings.

- Venue owners can now get their sign-in code by text message, as well as by authenticator app or email. On the website, if a text doesn't arrive you can have the code emailed instead. - Sign-in screens now say where your code was sent. - My Account now shows who runs EntryCode: Skeillebank Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. - Passwords are automatically moved to stronger protection the next time you log in. - On the website: the "Install EntryCode" banner now moves into the side menu after 30 seconds. - For venues: you can add a backup phone number and an office email in Venue Settings, so EntryCode can reach you about your contract and bills. - For venues: please review and accept the updated Data Processing Agreement on your Platform Terms page.

- Adult venues: before your first ticket request to an adult venue, you're asked once for your consent. It covers all adult venues, and you can withdraw it at any time in My Account. - Discreet notifications: notifications and emails about adult venues no longer name the venue or event. The details are only shown inside EntryCode. - Better privacy when you leave: "Forget me" now also removes your date of birth, membership category and messages to venues. - Emails from EntryCode: emails now come from an EntryCode address.

- Safer payments: if you pay an older payment link after asking for a new one, your ticket is still confirmed. - Late or duplicate payments: if a payment arrives after your ticket has expired, or you pay twice, you're told and it's refunded. The venue refunds you directly when it holds the money. - Failed payments: if a payment doesn't go through, you're told straight away and given a link to try again. - Clearer errors: payment problems now show a simple message with a reference code to quote. - Correct currency symbols: prices always show the venue's currency symbol. - Stronger offline PIN: your Offline Access PIN is now stored far more securely. After 5 wrong attempts, your saved tickets are removed from the phone. They come back the next time you log in online. - For venues: you're emailed when a new platform-fee bill is created, with a direct link to pay it.

New in this version: • Bring the family: at venues that price per person, choose how many of each ticket type (e.g. 2 Adults + 1 Child) in one booking, with one payment. Everyone gets their own entry code. • Event pages now show when an event ends (or "until close"), a "Good to know" list, the venue's location with directions, and a share button to send the event to friends. • New event alerts: get a notification when a venue you're a member of posts a new event. You can turn this off in My Account. • Events can now go on sale at a set time. Until then you'll see when tickets become available. • If your email is used for both a staff account and a guest account, you can now choose which to use when you log in, and switch between them from the home screen. • Your Notifications list now shows everything we've sent you, even notifications you swiped away or missed while your phone was off.
